New nozzle cooler 3d file

i didnt like the original nozzle cooler ( because it melted all the time) so I designed a new one.

I will make another different one because I dont like the 1 sided cooling, it is not optimal for ninjaflex. the uncooled side will stay too hot and deform.

are you getting the HS to print with ninja flex?

I thought it would not work with the bowden extruders.

hi yes I can print a little with ninjaflex but it needs some transformations, also a 0,5mm nozzle and the result is not very clean or precise. and it is VERY slow. max 1000mm/min

you need to make a new part to connect the top bowden fitting to the extruder motor. means you need to remove the motor..(its quite simple)  I will post the plan of the part later.

Here is my duo cooler nozzle.

it cools the nozzles from left and right side simultaneously.
