Is anyone getting this?
It is coming up far too frequently to be a random issue.
This is happening on my 2nd printer (the 1st was replaced, Apr 2015, after 2 months of continual ticketing to the Tech Support team).
This is the repeatable issue so far:
1. Turn on the printer
2. Open Simplify 3D
3. Open MCP (Machine Control Panel)
4. Wait for the Port name to appear.
5. Select the Communication tab and what for the 'handshake' between the PC and the Printer
6. Result: process hangs, see attached screenshot (Screenshot 2015-05-17 23.47.29.png)
