Does anybody know if Leapfrog is actively joining or monitoring this forum to help/assist and use comments to improve the product?
I'm just before the moment of buying one, but looking at the complains and the fact I never see any Leapfrog reaction makes me to decide otherwise.

To talk with us, the technical support you can open any time a ticket and asked the questions you have.On the forum the clients don`t describe exactly the situation or they only are asking for advises for this we can`t monitor all the conversations.
