Materialise machines

Hi,

I'm using Materialise with a CreatrHS.

Software install was a bit complicated for me.

However, it works now but when I'm starting a new scene, Software ask me what machine I want.

I have to choose between Creatr Dual and CreatrHS but I only have the second one.

So, I'm pretty sure I've set this when installing Materialise.

So now, I don't know where to add, change or remove machines I have.

Where can this be done ?

Thanks

Well, that's fine.

However, often build manager don't find any printer.

I've discovered that's because BuildProcessorSystem Service is not started, even it's set as automatic.

So, after starting it manually, Buildprocessor list my printer.

Connections to printer are still very hazardous.

Sometime software can connect to the printer and sometimes not.

After several restart of computer and printer, I can connect.

Very strange and boring...

The Creatr 1.0 is not compatible with windows 10. As such it will not work properly no matter how you try to use it.

Yes, Win 10 (x64).

Now, I know this problem so I just have to start service manually if it doesn't start automatically.

Sometimes Build processor, sometimes license server...

If you go into the build processor you will be able to remove the Creatr Dual printer for the list, thus leaving you with the Creatr HS only.

Thanks, could you please tell me where I can find build processor ?

Furthermore, for 2 times, when I started Creatr1.0, Platform / new I got the window [change machine] and the only option in the list is "no machine".

I've installed Creatr1.0 again (choosing "repair") then the 2 machines are back in the list.

What I sould do, please ?

Go to the windows search option and type build processor:

And remove the extra printer:

Are you by any chance using Windows 10 on your computer?
