Hello and thank you for choosing the Creatr HS for your printing needs.


In the following solution you will be instructed on how to connect you Creatr HS printer to your PC:


    To connect your Creatr HS printer to your PC you have to follow the steps presented below :


1.First you need to do a software upgrade for the HS printer. You can find the software and the steps on how to install it if you follow this link.

The new software will have a new menu that you have to select each time you want to connect the printer to the PC.


Now, just open Simplify3D and the PC should connect automatically to the printer. If not please check the baud rate and make sure it is set to the proper value which is 115200.


Also since you did the software update you need to do a firmware update as well.

ATTENTION!!!

Please note that a stable connection between the PC and the Leapfrog Creatr HS can be realized by using Simplify3D. Using other open source software like Repetier Host, Cura, etc. will not ensure a connection between the printer and the PC.
